Agro Foods Operations Intern — Farm, Production & Quality

About the role

Be part of our agro-foods operations on the ground. This is a hands-on, on-site role across the farm, production, and quality functions — you will follow produce from the field through processing to the finished product and help keep quality and process standards high.

What you’ll do

• Support day-to-day farm and production activities on-site.
• Assist with quality checks across the production process.
• Help maintain records for batches, inputs, and process steps.
• Coordinate with the operations team to keep workflows running smoothly.
• Identify and report quality or process issues as they arise.

What you’ll learn

• The end-to-end journey of organic produce from field to finished product.
• Practical quality and process management in food production.
• On-the-ground operations in an agro-foods business.

What we’re looking for

• Interest in agriculture, food production, or operations.
• Willingness to work on-site in Senal Village, Thellar, Tiruvannamalai.
• Attention to detail and a hands-on, practical attitude.
• Able to work full-time for the duration of the internship.
